For convenience I accept PayPal and Credit Card Payments

I accept most credit cards for retainers and for payment on client's statements.  If you have a paypal account, you can make a payment using the below forms or by sending the payment, with your name as a reference, to kevin@kpwheatley.com.

  • Simple traffic ticket

    For non-dwi, or non-misdemeanor traffic violations only.
    • $150.00

  • Misdemeanor retainer

    For most misdemeanor charges in courts local to the Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Saratoga region
    • $600.00

  • Felony retainer

    Initial retainer for minor felonies.  This is the starting rate for these matters, your case could require a larger retainer.
    • $1500.00

  • Simple Separation Agreement - no kids

    You will need to enter into a written fee agreement with my office, pursuant to ethical and court rules.  This fee is typical for an uncontested situation, but your fee may differ.
    • $400.00

  • Simple Separation Agreement - with kids

    These get more complex, so again this is just an illustration.
    • $500.00

  • Family Court retainer

    • $500.00
